Have you heard the idea of moving election day?

Maybe we should move election day. I think it would be wise, for the taxpayers at least, to have election much earlier in the year. Let's just "for instance" for a moment. For instance, if we moved the election day to April 16th, don't you think that maybe voters would think twice about who they were voting for after writing checks to the IRS? Let's think about who would be in office today. Would Obama been such a big hit to the young voters after mom and dad told them they can't afford their tuition this month because the IRS is taking their month. Oh but we haven't gotten to an election term to actually un-seat Obama. All the more reason to amp up changing election day to April 16th.
