Have you heard about Cam Newton's newest screw up?

Okay folks, I don't know about you but Cam Newton is the thorn in SEC football's side right now. First, let's air out what happened at UF. Cam Newton was accused, arrested for, and charged with theft of a laptop. He got caught after he threw out of his dorm window. Subsequently, he was removed from the UF Football roster and his scholarship was revoked. He decided to leave UF because he was no longer on the team, not because he didn't want to spend anymore time behind Tim Tebow. As for the other infractions he supposedly committed while he was at UF, that's between him and God now.

So here he is more recently, supposedly Auburn University had to "come up with money beyond a scholarship to secure his services". WTF? Did his father not realize that when Cam Newton came out of Auburn for the draft after only one year of playing there and receiving a Heisman trophy, that Cam Newton would be worth MILLIONS and not $180,000? Seriously, this family is obviously as crooked as the devil's backbone.

If the NCAA isn't involved right now then they should be. If the NCAA comes up with nothing on this then I will rest my case. If the NCAA comes to find all of the allegations to be true then Auburn will pay more than $180,000. I hope one player was worth scholarship loses and championship hopes and forfeiting every win this year and potentially a Heisman.

Now lets talk about the conference tapes.

Cam Newton had many different looks in his part of the conference. One of those looks was contempt. He obviously was mad at whoever caught him. Another one of those looks was fear. If you don't look at the audience while you speak, you are afraid or nervous. Cam Newton couldn't make eye contact when he said, "I will not confirm nor deny," his actions at UF. He had some looks of smuggness when he was answering questions as if to say, "you are not going to catch me now." His coach couldn't even show genuine sincerity in being upset over this issue. If Cam Newton and Auburn did nothing wrong then you have nothing to hide, fake, or play dumb about. These conferences spell out guilt to me.

In short, I would rather see Cam Newton be cleared of this and see another SEC national championship win then have all of it crushed over $180,000. I just don't think that is going to happen. I believe that all the accusations and reports are dead on and I believe that if the NFL was honorable enough, they wouldn't let Cam Newton in the draft.
